Questions

What does the price include?

Every feature in Falcon, plus new features as they are released. There are no modules to buy later.

Do suppliers and QC inspectors need a user?

Yes. Every person who signs in, including suppliers and QC inspectors, is a normal user at the same price. They only see what you give them access to.

Is onboarding required?

No. Standard onboarding is optional. It gets your team set up faster with help from us. It is normally £1,500, and £1,000 while our introductory offer lasts.

Can I add more users later?

Yes. Add users at any time once you have the minimum of 5. You pay for the extra users from the day you add them.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. You can download your organisation's data whenever you like.

Falcon started inside the clothing and workwear trade, to fix the problems we saw every day.

Our story

Most small and medium garment businesses run on spreadsheets, email chains and a handful of separate subscriptions. Tech packs live in one place, orders in another and costs in a third, so mistakes creep in between them.

We built Falcon so that one system holds the whole journey, from the first sketch to the final invoice, and so that the factories making the garments can work in it too.
